Try using other fruit yougurts, such as raspberry or cherry, to vary the flavours.
Makes 6 – 8 lollies
Ready in 4 hours
Ingredients:
600g strawberries
2 x 125g pots Asda Totally Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt
2 tbsp icing sugar
2 tbsp apple juice
6 – 8 lolly moulds
- Cut the strawberries into quarters. Put the yogurt, icing sugar & apple juice in a processor, then add the strawberries. Whizz to a smooth puree.
- Pour into the lolly moulds. Put the lids & sticks in place & freeze.If using other containers, cover loosely with clingfilm & freeze until half frozen. Insert the lolly sticks, then freeze again until solid.
- To serve, dip the moulds in hot water for a few seconds, ensuring water doesn’t go in the lollies, then turn out.
Psst….if there any kids allergic to dairy products, just replace the yogurt with soya yogurt.
